All items in your order are inspected and deemed to be in new condition by our warehouse and suppliers before your order is shipped. Please Contact Us within 14 days of the purchase date if you experience a package missing, damaged during shipment or an item that is defective, missing or incorrect.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
How do I return an item?
All items must have a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by customer service before being returned. You may obtain your RMA online, OR reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, OR simply call our toll free customer care number 888-631-9798 to receive an RMA or for any assistance.
Once you obtained your RMA, simply return the item in its original packing in a salable condition within 30 days of the date you placed your order for a full refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.
We request you return your purchase freight pre-paid and fully insured to receive a full refund.
Items returned without original packaging or in an unsalable condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item price or may not be accepted for refund.
Unless item is defected or broken on delivery, shipping fees will not be returned. Returned items that were included in an order with free shipping will incur a flar shipping fee of $6 per order.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
Please use a carrier that offers tracking and insure your package for the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
