SMART SHIPPER

For domestic (Contiguous US states) orders we now offer the new, lower cost (or FREE) Smart Shipper service! Now, qualifying orders over $45 can get FREE SHIPPING, while those under $45 can get a flat rate of only $6.99 to anywhere in the US (contiguous states). Check out the details below.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. However, as part of our "Customer First" policy, we do our best to ship orders within 24 hours, so that you and your loved ones can enjoy our products as early as possible. We use Fedex and USPS as our main carriers. Rest assured that our amazing logistics people are doing the best so that your order will arrive at your doorstep ASAP.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY OPTIONS

For Contiguous US: We have four domestic (contiguous US states) flat rate shipping options:

• FREE - $6.99 Smart Shipper: Delivered by USPS or Fedex. Transit time typically 4 to 21 business days. FREE for qualified orders over $45, or a $6.99 flat rate for orders under $45. If your order qualifies, this option will automatically show up in the checkout process.
• Ground: Delivered by FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Transit time typically 2 to 5 business days.
• Second Day: Delivered by FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Transit time typically 2 to 3 business days.
• Standard Overnight: Delivered by FedEx. Transit time typically next business day in the afternoon (Monday-Friday).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

Please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay. Our international shipping options are:

• Standard International Shipping: Delivery typically with USPS First Class. Takes between 14-31 business days once shipped from our fulfillment center. This shipping option does not provide tracking information. Available for international orders weighing up to 4 lbs.
• Fedex International Economy: Delivery typically takes between 3-14 business days once shipped from our fulfillment center.
