You might not exactly be that type of girl who loves their football. And unfortunately for you it is that time of year for the big game, The 2012 Super Bowl. If you are not looking forward to the big game you may want to find something to do without upsetting your guy with your lack of interest in the game. We are here to help with just that task. No party is a great party without the perfect decorations. That’s why it is important to choose colors that closely resemble his favorite team. For that added touch bake a cake with the team’s colors or even logo imprinted on it. He will surely be excited to no end to see that tasty treat.

Tip #2: Beverages

Make sure to not forget your guy’s favorite beverages. Listen closely to him to see what his friends really like as well. You are sure to be the talk of the party, minus all that football talk, when you pick up everyone’s favorite drink.

Tip #3: The best way to a man’s heart is through his stomach

Let’s not forget the most important part, minus the big game of course, food! Every party needs a good variety of treats to go along with the big game. You can try to include a menu variety that tickles his fancy, oh yes, and his tummy. Such menu ideas can include the following:

• Chicken wings ( flavor choices include hot, mild, garlic, BBQ)
• Dips (You have TONS of choices here including Buffalo chicken, Ranch, French onion, etc., etc., the choices are endless)
• Chips (no party is good with dip and not the chips)
• Dessert (we’ve discussed this above but always include a tasty treat)

Now that you’ve got the basics down for the party, take time and sit down and relax. Every good party is not great if you are stressed and tired. Make sure you include something fun for yourself to do while your guy is busy with all the tasty treats, beverages, friends, and oh yes the big game! After it’s all said and done with you will have his biggest appreciation and be the girlfriend or wife of the year in the eyes of all his friends.
